Key Responsibilities

Convincing clients for a meeting and site visits of the undergoing projects through Tele-calling, Emails and Off-site meetings.

Develop corporate relationships through lead calls, referral calls, and personal visits with clients.

Create customised Investment Proposals to cater to clients needs and requirement.

Close deals to achieve monthly targets.

Post sales service for Agreement Execution, Collection and Query handling.

Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals.

Manage day to day sales operation and documentation like maintaining

Customers data and MIS.

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Encourage creativity and risk-taking

Suggest and organize team building activities.

Salary Package - LPA-6 LPA (Fixed + Variable Incentives)
