Job Description

Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for proactive prospecting and to identify potential customers to introduce our products. He/she will also be responsible for lead generation and to set up demos with Regional Directors and CRM updates.

Key responsibilities include:

Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for Regional Directors based in USA.

Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include marketing campaigns and calls.

Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly lead gen activity reports to Management

Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Achieving lead generation and appointment quotas to aid in sales.

Qualifications

Any degree and/or minimum of 1 - 3 years of outbound Marketing experience in a software or solutions selling environment.

Experience with marketing and lead generation is highly preferred.

Must possess excellent communication skills in English since candidates will be interacting with doctors in USA.

Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline.

Proficiency in EXCEL, Word is must.
