Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct product demonstrations: The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for showcasing the company's products to potential customers to highlight their features and benefits.
2. Generate new leads: Prospecting and identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
3. Provide technical support: Assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting product problems, and providing solutions.
4. Follow up on sales leads: Ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:
