This role is for a results-driven and customer-centric sales professional who will be responsible for proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities with a global customer base. The primary focus is to drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling while ensuring a superior customer experience. This is a target-oriented position within the sales department, not a customer service role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and engage with customers to understand their needs and present relevant products or services to upsell and cross-sell.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and identify future sales opportunities.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively articulate their value and benefits to customers.
Objection Handling: Confidently and professionally address customer objections and concerns, employing persuasive sales techniques to close deals.
CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to tailor sales pitches and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a BPO or international call center environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Must be a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
Problem-Solving: Excellent active listening skills to identify customer needs and pain points, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related tools.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-driven international sales environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts to support customers in different time zones..
