this role is for a results-driven and customer-centric sales professional who will be responsible for proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities with a global customer base. the primary focus is to drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling while ensuring a superior customer experience. this is a target-oriented position within the sales department, not a customer service role.
key responsibilities:
sales generation: proactively identify and engage with customers to understand their needs and present relevant products or services to upsell and cross-sell.
target achievement: consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance indicators (kpis).
customer relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and identify future sales opportunities.
product expertise: maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively articulate their value and benefits to customers.
objection handling: confidently and professionally address customer objections and concerns, employing persuasive sales techniques to close deals.
crm management: accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline information in the customer relationship management (crm) system.
market awareness: stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to tailor sales pitches and strategies.
required qualifications & skills:
experience: proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a bpo or international call center environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills in english, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
sales acumen: strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. must be a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
problem-solving: excellent active listening skills to identify customer needs and pain points, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions.
technical proficiency: familiarity with crm software (., salesforce, hubspot) and other sales-related tools.
adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-driven international sales environment.
flexibility: willingness to work flexible shifts to support customers in different time zones..
