Make outbound/inbound calls to generate leads for electric 3-wheelers

Explain product features, price, EMI, subsidy & warranty clearly to customers

Identify customer needs (passenger/cargo/commercial use)

Schedule test drives, dealer visits, or follow-up calls

Maintain and update customer data in CRM

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and booking status

Coordinate with sales dealers and field sales team

Handle customer queries related to charging, range, service & government subsidies
