Rivika Foods Private Limited is a fast-growing, tech-driven FMCG distribution startup reshaping the frozen food supply chain across Gujarat & Rajasthan. We partner with leading Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, cloud kitchens, and retailers, enabling premium food brands to scale through a strong cold-chain, smart logistics, and data-backed sales execution.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to strengthen our frozen food and FMCG distribution network. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role where you will directly impact market expansion, customer success, and revenue growth through daily market visits and relationship building.

What Youll Do

Acquire and onboard HoReCa, retail, cloud kitchen, and institutional clients

Conduct daily market visits, product demos, and tastings

Build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat orders

Own monthly sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth

Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth deliveries

Track competitor activity and share market insights

What Were Looking For

15 years of experience in FMCG / Frozen Foods / HoReCa / B2B sales

Strong understanding of field sales, beat planning, and customer acquisition

Comfortable working with targets and performance-linked incentives

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)

Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and digital reporting tools

Self-driven mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills
