We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to strengthen our frozen food and FMCG distribution network. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role where you will directly impact market expansion, customer success, and revenue growth through daily market visits and relationship building.
What Youll Do
Acquire and onboard HoReCa, retail, cloud kitchen, and institutional clients
Conduct daily market visits, product demos, and tastings
Build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat orders
Own monthly sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth deliveries
Track competitor activity and share market insights
What Were Looking For
15 years of experience in FMCG / Frozen Foods / HoReCa / B2B sales
Strong understanding of field sales, beat planning, and customer acquisition
Comfortable working with targets and performance-linked incentives
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and digital reporting tools
Self-driven mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills
