job summary

as a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of construction products. this role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term client partnerships.

key responsibilities:

identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients

present and promote company products to customers (both b2b and b2c)

prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs

negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements

achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

prepare accurate sales reports and maintain crm records

requirements:

proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset

ability to work independently and as part of a team

strong organizational and time-management skills

basic computer proficiency (crm software experience is a plus)

high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
