Ruchak Indian Snacks is expanding, and were looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to strengthen our FMCG distribution network and drive market growth.
Role Overview
Create and manage FMCG distributors in assigned territories
Generate leads through cold & warm calls
Pitch products, close sales, and guide customers through the buying process
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Update daily sales activities in the official mobile application
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities & develop assigned markets
Execute sales strategies to boost product penetration
Track calls, meetings, sales, and follow-ups
Prepare daily activity & status reports for management review
Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance
Required Skills & Experience
24 years of experience in FMCG confectionary, Food & Beverage sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable using sales & reporting applications
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
