Hiring For Sales Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Officer to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time role is focused on driving sales in the insurance sector and involves working from the office. Candidates should have a graduate degree and 2 to 6 years of experience in direct channel insurance sales.

The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to promote and sell insurance products, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires fieldwork, meaning the Sales Officer will frequently travel to meet clients and develop relationships within the community. The candidate will need a valid driving licence and should be comfortable using a mobile device to manage client communications effectively.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of insurance products, and a proactive approach to sales. Experience in the direct channel of insurance sales is essential, and we prefer candidates who have previously worked in this area for at least two years.
