Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct door-to-door sales and identify potential customers.
€¢ Pitch solar solutions to homeowners and assess feasibility.
€¢ Verify eligibility criteria (ownership, electricity, roof suitability).
€¢ Measure and record roof dimensions and potential challenges.
€¢ Maintain accurate records and submit sales reports.
€¢ Coordinate with local authorities and vendors for smooth operations.
Requirements:
€¢ ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
€¢ 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or field sales.
€¢ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
€¢ Willingness to travel and work in both urban and rural areas.
€¢ A two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory.
