Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closure Executive to join our team. The

role is focused on converting qualified leads into successful business deals by handling

negotiations, addressing client queries, and ensuring a smooth sales closure process. The

ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building

skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Engage with qualified leads and prospects to drive them towards final conversion.

ï‚· Conduct product/service presentations and address client requirements effectively.

ï‚· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure win-win outcomes.

ï‚· Follow up with potential clients regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.

ï‚· Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth handover

after closure.

ï‚· Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and closed deals in CRM.

ï‚· Ensure timely completion of documentation and agreements for closed sales.

ï‚· Achieve monthly/quarterly closure targets set by the management.

ï‚· Provide feedback on client objections, market trends, and competitor activity.

ï‚· Build long-term relationships with clients for upselling and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

ï‚· Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or business development (closure experience

is a must).

ï‚· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communication.

ï‚· Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

ï‚· Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.

ï‚· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
