Job Title: Sales Officer (Field)

Job Summary:

As a Sales Officer (Field), your primary responsibility is to drive sales and achieve revenue targets by actively engaging with potential customers, promoting products or services, and building strong relationships within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers within the assigned territory to promote products or services and generate sales leads.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate them to customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, outlining the benefits and value proposition of the company's products or services.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or other relevant tools.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company and report progress regularly to the sales manager or team leade
