Sales Marketing Executive - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Sales Marketing Executive to drive our sales efforts and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, and a passion for achieving targets and fostering client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Develop Sales Strategies**: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. This involves understanding market trends and customer needs.

2. **Manage Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Regular communication and follow-ups will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. **Conduct Market Research**: Analyze market dynamics to identify new opportunities. This includes assessing competitor activities and customer preferences to refine marketing approaches.

4. **Implement Marketing Campaigns**: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services. This requires creativity and understanding of various marketing channels.

5. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. This will involve tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
