Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and cultivate prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential buyers and investors.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct persuasive presentations to showcase properties, highlighting unique selling points and addressing client needs.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's real estate offerings.

Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve sales tactics.

Negotiation and Closing:

Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favourable agreements for both the company and the client.

Ensure timely and successful closing of sales transactions.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

Provide insights and feedback to enhance marketing materials and campaigns.

Key Skills:

Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey property features and benefits.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local real estate market trends and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
