Sales & CRM Representative Job Description:
€¢ Identifying new customers / promising prospects via networking, cold calling, customer referrals and other lead generation.
€¢ Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
€¢ Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
€¢ Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
€¢ Gathering and analysing all the sales-related data.
€¢ Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
€¢ Prepares presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
€¢ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance & oversee customer retention, reactivation, etc.
€¢ Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
€¢ Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
€¢ Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Skills required:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in any field can apply (Degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field will be a plus point.)
€¢ Good communication skills along with customer-oriented attitude.
€¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
€¢ A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
€¢ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
€¢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
€¢ Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goal-orientated and self-motivated.
