Job Description: We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team as a key member. The ideal applicant will use strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies to play a key role in generating growth in sales. This diverse role necessitates working cooperatively with cross-functional teams, where the applicant will help create marketing strategies and cultivate strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development of Sales Strategies: Create and implement thorough sales strategies to meet organisational goals.

2. Marketing Campaigns: To increase brand awareness and attract new clients, develop and carry out innovative marketing campaigns.

3. Lead Generation: Create and screen leads using a variety of platforms, including networking, events, and internet marketing.

4. Creating and implementing a campaign: Develop integrated marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing team to support sales goals.

5. Digital Marketing: To support sales goals, and oversee digital marketing initiatives, such as social media and online advertising.

6. Customer Relationship Management: To guarantee client loyalty and satisfaction and establish and preserve solid ties with current and potential customers.

7. Sales Presentations: To highlight the value offered to clients, give engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

8. Market research: Find trends, competitors and expansion prospects by conducting market research.

Requirements: MBA/ Pursuing MBA in a related field (preferred)

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles. (2-5yrs necessary)

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of both marketing and sales processes.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of marketing trends and strategies.
