Job Description: We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team as a key member. Development of Sales Strategies: Create and implement thorough sales strategies to meet organisational goals.2. Marketing Campaigns: To increase brand awareness and attract new clients, develop and carry out innovative marketing campaigns.3. Lead Generation: Create and screen leads using a variety of platforms, including networking, events, and internet marketing.4. Creating and implementing a campaign: Develop integrated marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing team to support sales goals.5. Digital Marketing: To support sales goals, and oversee digital marketing initiatives, such as social media and online advertising.6. Customer Relationship Management: To guarantee client loyalty and satisfaction and establish and preserve solid ties with current and potential customers.7. Sales Presentations: To highlight the value offered to clients, give engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.8. Market research: Find trends, competitors and expansion prospects by conducting market research.Requirements: MBA/ Pursuing MBA in a related field (preferred)- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
