We are looking for dedicated and energetic direct sales people for our Chennai office, to be a part of Resource Mobilization and Fund Rising team.

The job would be to interact with the potential individuals/ corporates to seek their support in achieving our goals. The Successful candidate will join the fundraising team and play a key role in supporting fundraising operations. The responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records while ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will raise monetary support for our organisation by approaching people/ corporates through Face to Face conversations/ phones/ emails.

You will be responsible for enrolling donors, and engaging with Campaigns and Events.

Manage all communication from corporates, ensure prompt communication and efficient support both internally and externally.

You will be working with Volunteers and training.

Skills:

MS Excel - Advanced knowledge essential

English - written and verbal communication skills must be excellent

Creativity, attention to detail in written communication, and ability to take ownership of routine tasks.

Ability to plan strategically, set priorities, multi- task, plan work, design approaches, and close commitments

Resourcefulness in being able to collate information from various sources

Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Should be proactive and take the initiative to complete all tasks.

Requirements

Young, Experienced or Retired but should be interacting with new people every day.

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English.

Candidate must have the capacity to engage people in interesting conversations during face to face meetings.

Candidate must be interested in direct sales or fundraising.
