Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales of flexible packaging laminates

Good knowledge base of materials, process and properties of laminated structures

Ability to work with MSME and small business enterprises as clients

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with data metrics and analytics

Desire to work in challenging and high growth environment

About the role

Acquire new customers

Build and manage client base

Handle end to end servicing requirements of the customer

Coordinate with our team and the client for cylinders, design proofs, production

schedule, delivery schedule, logistics etc.

Take ownership/responsibility for business and P/L under your purview

Identify new and emerging market practices and trends and contribute to strategic

direction of the organization
