• Proven track record with medium to large residential real estate developers
• Handled multiple projects and multiple teams
• Understand client requirement and offer a suitable 'Real Estate' product.
• Meet prospective clients & arrange their site visits (daily & weekly basis).
• Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues.
• Manage sales process at site
• Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
• Experience in sourcing as well as closing
• Innovative approach towards lead generation
• Developing pre-launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations with clients.
