Proven track record with medium to large residential real estate developers

Handled multiple projects and multiple teams

Understand client requirement and offer a suitable 'Real Estate' product.

Meet prospective clients & arrange their site visits (daily & weekly basis).

Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues.

Manage sales process at site

Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures

Experience in sourcing as well as closing

Innovative approach towards lead generation

Developing pre-launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations with clients.
