1. Engineering Graduate with 2 to 5 years of proven work Experience in sales.

2. Experience in sales of Lubricants is an added advantage.

3. Strong Technical and analytical skills.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly and listen

to the feedback of customers.

5. Team working skills.

6. Ability to Negotiate.

7. Should be a quick learner and result oriented.

8. Knowledge of sales process.

9. Must achieve targets and ensure collection of payments on time.

10. Willing to travel extensively across India.
