1. Developing New Customers in given Area, Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products and Reaching the targets and goals set for your Area.
2. Planning Customer Visit, Data Collection, Cold Calling, and Proposal Sending as per market requirement.
3. Coordination with Various Departments related to Demos, Sampling, Despatch, Transportation works and getting the work done efficiently.
4. Maintain the relation with customers and efficient use of existing customers for new references and sale.
5. Providing after sales services and follow-ups.
6. Taking initiatives for resolving customer issues and providing proper solutions.
7. Follow up with Customer for timely payment.
8. Coordination with Customers, CREs, Coordinators, Engineers and different departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently.
9. Preparing Quotes, Letters, Confirmations, Contracts etc. mailing and communications.
10. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Daily Work Reports & MIS.
11. Handling Team.
12. Monitoring team performance & reviewing on time basis.
