key responsibilities:
team leadership:
lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture.
sales strategy development:
collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
performance management:
set clear sales goals and kpis for team members, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback. conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
coaching & training:
provide ongoing training and development to team members, including onboarding for new hires. coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing strategies.
sales process optimization:
ensure that sales processes are streamlined and effective. work closely with the team to identify challenges, propose solutions, and enhance sales workflows.
reporting & analysis:
monitor individual and team performance metrics, sales activity, and pipeline status. prepare regular reports for upper management, analyzing trends and performance data to refine sales strategies.
