This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the two-wheeler market.Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.- Team Management- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.- Set individual targets and conduct performance reviews.- Customer Engagement- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.- Inventory & Coordination- Coordinate with inventory and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.- Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.- Reporting & Analysis- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelors degree- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably two-wheelers.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Performance Metrics- Monthly and quarterly sales targets- Customer satisfaction scores- Team productivity and turnover- Inventory turnover rate
