Role Description
The Real Estate - Sales & Marketing Manager at Safal Builders plays a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing client leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, finalizing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to promote real estate projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai, offering a competitive compensation package of INR 7 lacs plus incentives.
Qualifications
Holds a valid Real Estate License
Experience in Sales, Real Estate, and Real Property management
Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies is a plus
