Hiring For Sales Manager

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Drive vendor market share by appointing and activating partners in assigned territories.

-Engage and grow wallet share with target partners through continuous interaction and support.

-Convert non-transacting partners into active ones by addressing grievances, offering incentives, and product education.

-Ensure partner activation month-on-month and control partner slippage.

-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and maximize conversion for assigned vendors.

-Analyze market trends to develop sales strategies and boost brand visibility.

-Monitor competition and provide market intelligence.

-Manage collections and ensure AR norms are met.

-Explore cross-selling opportunities within the organization.

-Build strong relationships with partners to ensure sustained revenue growth.

-Conduct effective presentations and negotiations.

-Motivate, coach, and train partner sales teams for better engagement.

🔹 Candidate Profile:

-Graduate/Engineer; MBA is a plus.

-0-8 years of experience in B2B channel/distribution sales.

-Experience in CCTV, Telecom, IT, ITES, or FMCG preferred.

-Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

-Knowledge of CCTV and Networking is an advantage.

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
