Relationship Management
Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing
customers to achieve business goals.
Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing their
requirements and resolving issues if any.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate
channel networks.
Driving sales through various dealer networks.
Activations Management
Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new
leads,
Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers,
Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the
portfolio,
Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments.
Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and
booking data.
