Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand our distributor network, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers.

€¢ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.

€¢ Manage and train the sales team for high performance.

€¢ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

€¢ Track and manage sales data and reports using CRM.

€¢ Ensure excellent customer relations and satisfaction.

Requirements:

€¢ 2-5 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages/Tea sales.

€¢ Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

€¢ Experience in B2B and B2C sales.

€¢ Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).

€¢ Ability to analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions.
