The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share. Manage and train the sales team for high performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Track and manage sales data and reports using CRM. Ensure excellent customer relations and satisfaction.Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages/Tea sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in B2B and B2C sales. Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
