About the Role
Vivalicious International Foods is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment across Bangalore. The ideal candidate brings hands-on field sales experience and a solid understanding of institutional food sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business within the HORECA segment across Bangalore
Onboard hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, and institutional clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Conduct regular field visits to identify new sales opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Requirements
1-4 years of field sales experience (mandatory)
HORECA sales experience (mandatory)
Frozen food sales experience (strong plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven, proactive approach
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Preferred Background: Frozen Foods / FMCG / Food & Beverage / Institutional Food Sales
