job summary
we are seeking a sales manager - stp/etp/wtp to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive business growth in the industrial, commercial, and institutional water treatment segment. this role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to close deals and build lasting customer relationships.
key responsibilities
- identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for stp, etp, and wtp solutions.
- develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets.
- prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to clients.
- negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close high-value deals.
- build and maintain long-term client relationships with strong after-sales support.
- monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
qualifications & experience
- bachelor-s degree in engineering (environmental/chemical/mechanical), chemistry, or related field.
- 2 - 6 years of experience in water & wastewater treatment / project sales.
- solid knowledge of water treatment technologies, chemistry, and environmental compliance.
- proven success in industrial/b2b technical sales with measurable results.
key skills
- strong technical sales & product knowledge in water treatment.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- proficiency in crm tools, ms office, and presentation software.
- analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
compensation & incentives
- salary range: -30,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience).
- incentive: 1% of total order value on every successful project closure.
