Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager �� STP/ETP/WTP to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive business growth in the industrial, commercial, and institutional water treatment segment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to close deals and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
�� Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for STP, ETP, and WTP solutions.
�� Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets.
�� Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to clients.
�� Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close high-value deals.
�� Build and maintain long-term client relationships with strong after-sales support.
�� Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
�� Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
�� Bachelor��s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical), Chemistry, or related field.
�� 2 - 6 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / Project Sales.
�� Solid knowledge of water treatment technologies, chemistry, and environmental compliance.
�� Proven success in industrial/B2B technical sales with measurable results.
Key Skills
�� Strong technical sales & product knowledge in water treatment.
�� Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
�� Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
�� Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
�� Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
Compensation & Incentives
�� Salary Range: ��30,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience).
�� Incentive: 1% of total order value on every successful project closure.
