job summary
we are seeking a sales manager �� stp/etp/wtp to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive business growth in the industrial, commercial, and institutional water treatment segment. this role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to close deals and build lasting customer relationships.
key responsibilities
�� identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for stp, etp, and wtp solutions.
�� develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets.
�� prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to clients.
�� negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close high-value deals.
�� build and maintain long-term client relationships with strong after-sales support.
�� monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
�� consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
qualifications & experience
�� bachelor��s degree in engineering (environmental/chemical/mechanical), chemistry, or related field.
�� 2 - 6 years of experience in water & wastewater treatment / project sales.
�� solid knowledge of water treatment technologies, chemistry, and environmental compliance.
�� proven success in industrial/b2b technical sales with measurable results.
key skills
�� strong technical sales & product knowledge in water treatment.
�� excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
�� proficiency in crm tools, ms office, and presentation software.
�� analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
�� ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
compensation & incentives
�� salary range: ��30,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience).
�� incentive: 1% of total order value on every successful project closure.
