This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to close deals and build lasting customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for STP, ETP, and WTP solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to clients. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close high-value deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with strong after-sales support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical), Chemistry, or related field. 2 - 6 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / Project Sales. Solid knowledge of water treatment technologies, chemistry, and environmental compliance. Proven success in industrial/B2B technical sales with measurable results.Key Skills Strong technical sales & product knowledge in water treatment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.Compensation & Incentives Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience). Incentive: 1% of total order value on every successful project closure.
