this is a senior role, reporting to the ceo. accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:
purpose:
to ensure revenue growth & business expansion through b2b sales of clover products for aquaculture and waste water treatment, mostly under white labelling.
the key expectations of the role:
· ensuring achievement of revenue targets for each vertical by:
o identifying potential customers across markets & geographies
o developing vertical/market specific sales strategies and ensuring successful implementation of the same
o ensuring retention & growth of the existing customer base through excellence in relationship management & servicing
o ensuring accuracy of forecasts/projections, sales plans based on strong understanding of the market on the back of market research and data

7+ years’ experience in sales, with minimum 4 years in the b2b space.
