We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Field Salesman to join our team and help us grow our market.

Job Responsibilities:

* Visit shops, retailers, supermarkets, offices, hotels, and other potential customers.

* Introduce and sell our cleaning products such as Floor Cleaner, Phenyl, and other upcoming products.

* Generate new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

* Take orders and follow up with customers for repeat orders.

* Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution in the assigned area.

Salary & Incentives:

* Fixed salary will be discussed based on experience and skills.

* Additional incentive will be provided on every product sold.

* Incentive structure and amount will be discussed and finalized during the interview/meeting.

* Higher sales = Higher earning potential.

Candidate Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Willingness to travel and visit customers in the field.

* Previous sales/FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Must be hardworking, responsible, and target-oriented.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
