job summary:

we are seeking a proactive and results-driven field sales & marketing executive to join our team in southern odisha. the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, executing local marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and supporting the overall growth of our business in the assigned territory.

key responsibilities:

promote and sell the company��s products/services within the assigned territory

conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, and potential customers

build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities

identify new business opportunities and generate leads

achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback

prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager

qualifications:

intermediate +2 /+3 in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing

strong interpersonal and communication skills

knowledge of the local market in southern odisha

ability to work independently and travel extensively

basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reporting tools or crm

preferred skills:

local language proficiency (odia & hindi)

time management and organizational skills

sales negotiation and closing skills
