Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car selection process.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.

Sales Process Management: Facilitate test drives, negotiate prices, and assist with paperwork.

Closing Sales: Secure sales by effectively addressing customer concerns and offering suitable financing options.

Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals set by the dealership.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and ensure the sales floor is presentable.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events and activities to attract new customers.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (., finance) to facilitate sales and customer satisfaction.

Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers with paperwork, including financing applications and purchase agreements.
