Job Description

- manage the sales process: the sales incharge will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. they will need to ensure that all sales activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

- utilize information technology: the sales incharge should be comfortable using various software and tools to track sales metrics, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data. proficiency in microsoft office and crm systems is required.

- collaborate with the sales team: the sales incharge will work closely with the sales team to set goals, provide training and support, and ensure that everyone is working towards the same objectives. strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

- supervise thenmozhi b: the sales incharge will directly supervise and manage the performance of thenmozhi b, providing guidance and direction as needed. they will need to ensure that thenmozhi b meets their sales targets and contributes to the overall success of the team.
