Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner

Explain product features, purity, and price to customers (silver knowledge a must)

Help customers choose the right pieces as per their needs and preferences

Handle billing and maintain daily sales records

Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and product display

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent

Basic knowledge of silver jewellery and its varieties

Good communication and customer handling skills

Polite, confident, and presentable

Prior showroom experience preferred but not mandatory
