Sales Executive Real Estate

Candidates required from Real Estate background , Experience with Property channel partner in Gurgoan . Minimum experience required for this post is 2 years •

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets • Communicating directly with clients and fixing site visits with potential clients and closing deals. • Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability • Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients • Product knowledge of Real Estate projects and ability to grasp knowledge fast. Must understand Real Estate business from client & builder perspective. Knowledge of digital marketing & social media marketing is must .Computer knowledge is required , Real Estate industry experience is a must. Passionate about job , a team player with focus on revenue generations.
