A Physical Manpower Security Services provider and Solutions company is hiring qualified sales executives for their sales team based in Delhi and NCR. The applicant for the position of Sales Executive should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process in Physical Guarding Security Services, and Manpower Solutions. The person should be able to generate leads, relationship building, and win deals. The company is seeking experienced persons, with strong negotiating skills, and a track record of success. The role demands a person with a sharp mind and the ability to win business. The location for these positions is in DELHI / Gurgaon/ Noida/ Ghaziabad/ and Faridabad.

Objectives of this Role

Achieve sales for guard services and personal security officers.

Be part of a sales team in the NCR region.

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, and meeting and winning customers.

Continuously develop personal leadership, using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

To bring in business in security and manpower solutions

Daily Responsibilities

Execute sales plan that expands the customer base

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

Be an effective member of the sales team by ensuring company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end sales objectives

Update the CRM software daily.

Skills and Qualifications

+1 years in sales of Manpower security services company, selling Physical Security and manpower solutions.

Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close in the physical Man guarding Industry.
