Sales Executive

Work Responsibilities:

● Manage the approval of gold loans in coordination with partners using loan management software

● Complete the KYC process as per bank requirement

● Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each loan & record is maintained in LMS.

● Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with others

● Source fresh gold loan leads through self sourcing/references

● Ensure assigned leads are converted into sales & meet targets

● Able to pitch Bold Gold Loan offerings to potential customers at their Doorstep

● Build trust by explaining products and answering customer objections.

● Build a long term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.

● Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in on-going transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process.

Requirements/Qualification:

● Should have Diploma minimum

● 2 yrs Experience in the gold loan industry is mandatory

● Age should be between 22-30 years

● Past experience with Muthoot, Mannapuram, IIFL and other gold loan companies is very important

Soft Skills

● Good written & communication skills in Hindi/ Marathi/ English

● Excellent lead generation

● Should be well versed in using mobile applications

Other Requirements

● Personal two wheeler & license is mandatory

● Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

● Location - Mira Bhayandar, Nalasopara, Virar

● Immediate joiner is preferred.
