Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial projects
Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Update daily activities, visits, and lead status in CRM
Coordinate with presales, marketing, and developer teams
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Eligibility & Requirements
Fresher to 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle telephonic and face-to-face client interactions
Willingness to work on targets and incentives
Knowledge of Pune / Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
