Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and marketing companies for SFA, CRM, DMS, and ERP solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and successfully close deals.
2. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
Understand client challenges related to field operations, backend processes, and compliance.
Manage the complete sales cycle including requirement discussions, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs.
Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on pharma industry workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital adoption trends.
Analyze competitor products in the pharma-tech, SFA, CRM, and ERP space.
Share customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancement.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, demos, activities, and pipeline status.
Track monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and documentation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in selling SFA, CRM, ERP, DMS, or SaaS solutions (pharma or healthcare preferred).
Strong understanding of pharma field-force operations, MR reporting, distributor management, and manufacturing workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable conducting online and onsite product demonstrations independently.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, IT, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing / IT) is an added advantage.
