Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Surgical Products)
Location: Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Surgical Products / Healthcare Industry)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory
Promote surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support
Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and sales forecasts
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
Knowledge of surgical products and clinical applications
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
