# Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound bus booking inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
* Assist customers with bus schedules, seat availability, routes, and fares
* Process bus ticket bookings accurately and efficiently
* Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and payments
* Coordinate with bus operators and internal teams for seat confirmation
* Maintain proper records of bookings, cancellations, and customer details
* Resolve customer queries and issues related to bookings
