Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Digital Printing & Branding business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of printing and branding solutions including signage, corporate branding materials, and customized print products.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, retail, advertising agencies, event companies, and local businesses.

Promote company services such as digital printing, flex printing, signage, branding materials, display solutions, and promotional products.

Meet potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and provide customized branding and printing solutions.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service details to clients.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely project execution.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and client communication.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and close deals.

Good understanding of printing, branding, or advertising industry (preferred).

Basic knowledge of marketing and branding materials.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication, CRM if applicable).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

13 years of sales experience (experience in printing/advertising/branding industry will be an advantage).

Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
