Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 132A. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of sales experience and a minimum education of 12th grade. This full-time position requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Engage with Clients:** Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present our products or services.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Strive to meet and exceed sales goals set by the management, ensuring successful results.

- **Product Knowledge:** Gain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

- **Prepare Sales Reports:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management to analyze sales performance.

- **Follow Up on Leads:** Reach out to potential leads through various communication methods to convert inquiries into sales.

- **Maintain Customer Relationships:** Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

A successful candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to engage effectively with clients. They should have good negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers. Familiarity with sales techniques and a good understanding of customer service principles is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as be part of a team. Reliability and punctuality are also crucial in this role.
