Job Description:

One Point One Solutions is hiring Sales Executives for its outbound calling processes in Axis Bank – Collection Process and SBI Life – Sales Process, based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role involves engaging with customers over calls and ensuring high conversion and collection rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for collections or sales.

Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

Meet daily and monthly targets.

Provide excellent customer interaction and service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience are welcome.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.

Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand | ₹30,000 CTC
