roles & responsibilities:

handle retention calls for existing airtel customers.

resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.

persuade customers to continue their services with airtel.

meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and retention targets.

maintain quality standards and compliance parameters.

eligibility criteria:

education: minimum 12th pass / graduate

experience: freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in any field

age: 18 to 34 years

gender: male & female both can apply

communication skills: average to good english communication skills

shift timings (rotational day shifts):

08:00 am to 05:00 pm

09:00 am to 06:00 pm

10:00 am to 07:00 pm

11:00 am to 08:00 pm

weekly off: rotational

interview mode: face to face

salary: 14,750/- in-hand per month

incentives: performance-based incentives available
