job location & mode: hybrid – combination of client visits and office/remote work
experience required: minimum 3 years in b2b sales, preferably in manpower supply or recruitment services
salary: ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives + bonus
key responsibilities:
identify and generate leads for manpower supply and recruitment services. build and maintain strong relationships with hr decision-makers and procurement heads. understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. coordinate with internal hr/recruitment teams for timely service delivery. achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. maintain crm records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
required skills & competencies: proven experience in selling recruitment or manpower outsourcing services. strong networking and lead-generation skills. excellent communication and negotiation abilities. target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. knowledge of corporate and industrial sectors (construction, manufacturing, it).
