Job Title: Sales Executive – Recruitment & Manpower Solutions

Job Location & Mode: Hybrid – Combination of client visits and office/remote work
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in manpower supply or recruitment services
Salary: ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for manpower supply and recruitment services. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR decision-makers and procurement heads. Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Coordinate with internal HR/recruitment teams for timely service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in selling recruitment or manpower outsourcing services. Strong networking and lead-generation skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of corporate and industrial sectors (construction, manufacturing, IT).
